“ Es ist schön auch ausserhalb einer Großstadt ein so feines Restaurant für Feindinning zu finden. Der Anspruch ist hoch, die Qualität der Ware, meist Local Herkunft, ist toll. “ Für uns war es der erste Besuch im Bastian's und schonmal vorweg, es wird definitiv nicht der letzte gewesen sein... Es ist wirklich ein wunderschönes Restaurant mit einem tollen Ambiente. Ein schönes Plätzchen um einen gelungenen Abend zu verbringen. Wir ließen uns mit einem 6-Gang Menü von der neuen Karte verwöhnen und waren begeistert. Jeder Gang für sich war ein kulinarisches Highlight und in der Komposition und Abfolge ein absolut gelungenes Gesamtpaket. Dazu gesellte sich ein freundlicher Empfang und eine aufmerksame Bedienung durch den gesamten Abend. Auf Gäste mit Unverträglichkeiten wird eingegangen und die einzelnen Komponenten angepasst. Natürlich ist es gerade für die Küche hilfreich dieses schon bei der Reservierung mitzuteilen. Von uns eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden der gehobene Küche zu schätzen weiß und einen besonderen Abend in toller Atmosphäre verbringen möchte ”
“ Das Restaurant gehört zu den besten im Großraum Frankfurt am Main. Wir hatten das 7 Gang Menü mit Wein Begleitung mit und ohne Alkohol beide waren gut ausgewählt. Das Menü selber ist wunderbar sehr stimmig und vor allem geschmacklich unvorstellbar gut . Preislich ist es im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurant s dieser Kategorie sehr angemessen . ”
